People who are part of your mining company account on Digbee and have the ‘Admin’ role assigned can access all ESG submissions for your company by default.
To view a list of your company’s team members who are registered on Digbee visit the Manage Team page.
If you do not want an individual to have access to your ESG submission, navigate to the ‘Your ESG Team’ step in the ESG submission and uncheck the box beside the person’s name, and either click ‘Next’ or ‘Save & Exit’.
