All ESG team members who have the checkbox beside their name checked can view all info on a submission.
‘View only’ Viewers cannot edit anything on the submission.
‘Can edit’ editors can only edit the ESG questions section on the submission.
‘ESG admin’ users can edit everything and can appoint an Approver.
'ESG admins' can delete the submission.
'ESG admins' can start a new submission for your organisation.
The 'Approver' can edit the whole ESG submission and can submit the ESG submission for scoring at which point the submission becomes uneditable to everyone.
