In this video we provide a walkthrough on how to add your colleagues to your Digbee mining company account so that they can help manage your profile or contribute to an ESG submission
If you have colleagues who will need access to your company's Digbee account, please invite them via the 'Manage Team' page in your account area.
Enter their email address and select a Corporate Role. Select 'Admin' if you'd like them to be able to manage the team and have access to all your company's ESG submissions. Select 'Editor' if you'd like to limit their access.
It's optional to write a personalised message in the 'Message' field inviting them to join your team on Digbee.
Remember to click 'Send invites' to generate the email invite.
Your colleague will receive an email with the subject, 'You have been invited to join the COMPANY NAME Digbee account'.
To complete their registration they need to click the link in the email, complete the short registration form, select their mailing preferences and log in.
Please note that their invitation expires after 7 days.
