The Digbee ESG framework is designed to be aligned to core Global Standards, covering both generic and mining specific frameworks. Digbee and its partners analysed key themes, overlaps and intentions of over 25 standards to create a comprehensive, mining sector-specific set of frameworks.
Digbee ESG is not a new standard. Neither is it a replacement for other standards. Each question in the Digbee frameworks references any global sustainability standards (“Related Standards”) to which that question is related. Some questions will align to more than one standard and in some cases to none.
Digbee undertakes regular reviews of all the related Global Standards to ensure its own frameworks are current and relate to best practices.
