In this video walkthrough, we demonstrate how you can easily review your ESG disclosure prior to submission and then, once satisfied, how to submit it to Digbee
The Review & Submit page is where you can download your submission as a PDF, appoint an Approver, see the cost, and request an invoice.
At any point in the journey you can export your submission as a PDF. Note that the PDF will contain answers entered from the time that the PDF was generated.
Once you have answered all questions and are happy with your submission, you must specify a Board-appointed Approver who will give the final sign-off on your submission to be scored.
If you want to provide a general summary to the assessors about your submission, you can enter text into an 'accompanying narrative' field on the Review & Submit page.
The cost is calculated based on the stage and number of projects in your submission that need to be scored.
Click 'Pay by invoice' to enter invoice details and progress your submission to 'Pending Approval' status.
Requesting an invoice will generate an email to your board appointed Approver asking them to login and review the submission. This will also generate an email to us, at which point we will issue you with an invoice.
